FRx Report Manager Question (GP 10)- Printing Drill Down Reports

I'm interested in using the FRx reporting manager to distribute monthly reporting to key individuals at my company. I have everything set, however, I have one printing issue.

I'm distributing Non-Drill Down FRx reports, as well as Drill Down Capable reports intended to provide access to G/L Detail journals. When hitting the "Print Report Book" button in FRx manager, it prints all of the detail for the Drill Down Capable Reports (which results in an abundance of pages that is always not necessary).

I've researched whether you can adjust the print parameters when using the "Print Report Book" feature, but it appears you can't. When printing reports individually, you can select to what detail you want the report printed, but unfortunately I have not found anything to indicate you can change this.

I'm new to this forum (about 6 months in now on GP), so I'm not sure if this is the appropriate location to post a question like this. Please feel free to direct me elsewhere.

Hi Mike

I haven't ever tried this myself so just a stab in the dark that may help. Have you tried regenerating the reports from FRx Designer with Financial level detail only? Then try printing the report book and see if that works.
