can we send reminder/alerts through emails to all employess to start goal setting in Performance Appraisal ?

We are working on Employee development module in Talent, we want to send email reminders to the employee to start the goal setting process.

Also we are looking for due date reminders that managers can send to their employees when the due date is reaching.

    You can use MS flow to send reminders/alerts.

    Can we use email broadcast feature that is available in Talent? Also is it possible to send automatic emails through email broadcast feature??
