Line numbers not generating

Hi,

In Purchase order and Sales Orders, line number is not generating sometimes and sometimes generating irregularly as shown in following screenshots. Appreciate your advise;

There's a system parameter at Systems administration > Setup > System parameters. General tab. System line number > Increment. Is that set? If not, try 1.

SO000902 this sales order isn't filled already or verify your Item Number

as tim said , check system parameter , if the same problem ,you need to regenerate this issue on test server and debug it

In system parameter it is already set to 1.

Hello,

In my system, the system line number increment is 10.

It seems to work fine for purchase orders but not for sales orders.

Any idea how to setup an increment for sales orders?
