How to access licence now CustomerSource is dead?

I'm in a weird position. Our company obtained NAV many years ago as a MS Partner benefit. We subsequently purchased additional licences above the benefit, making us a customer. I need a couple of things but have no idea how to go about it.

How do I access my licence files now that CustomerSource is dead?
How do I found out who my Partner is? We need to buy more concurrent licences

Partner Center should be the replacement for this. Maybe raising a support ticket to Operations Center from there could help?
