We are using Dynamics 365 Finance and Operation (ON-PREM). We have created an admin account for lcs.dynamics.com and have activated two-way authentication by installing Microsoft Authenticator.
However, this Microsoft Authenticator has been uninstalled from the mobile accidently. Since then, we are unable to log-in our admin account on lcs.dynamics.com.

If the only problem is that you uninstall Microsoft Authenticator, why don't you simply install it again?
Also, Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) isn't enabled by installing a mobile app. It's controlled by Azure Active Directory and an admin can change the configuration there, such as disabling MFA for the given account.
