I actually just want to confirm whether Business Analyzer is completely free or has a modular charge, as far as I can see from my searches it is free in the app store and I do not see any costs on the SL price sheets. Our client has a professional license , not sure if Business analyzer is perhaps included in BRL Licensing or free for all license models?

Yes the Business Analyzer is completely free for Dynamics SL 2011
Before you can use Business Analyzer, you must do the following for your Microsoft Dynamics GP or Microsoft Dynamics SL environment:Prerequisites
1) Configure Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services 2008 R2 or Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services 2012 to use with your Microsoft Dynamics ERP product.
2) To use Business Analyzer outside of your organization’s network, you must configure Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services 2008 R2 or Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services 2012 to allow users to access reports over an extranet.
3) You must configure Reporting Services to use Basic authentication.
4) Deploy the reports to view with Business Analyzer to your report server or to your SharePoint document library.
