Why am i getting Validation Error 311 in the POS

Good Day

I am receiving an error when cashing an item at the POS using RMS 2.0. The error states "Validation Error 311: The amount for this tender can not exceed the purchase amount.' I really have no idea why this is happening, a screenshot is shown below. Can someone please shed some light on this for me? Thanks

    Hi Delon,

    In the Properties for this Tender Type, is the "Prevent cashier overtendering" box checked?

    Hey Keith,

    Thanks for your help, but apparently the issue was with me closing the current batch and opening another by runing a Z report. I found it weird but it worked.
