    Hi,

We would request you to kindly check out our inhouse solution the Click2Undo.

Using our solution you can either revert back the changes or restore the deleted records in your Dynamics 365 CRM provided the auditing was turned on and the changes or deletes were captured in the respective audit trails.

We would request you to kindly download the solution from our website.

And try out our solution leveraging of the 15 days trial.

You may also refer our docs to further help you evaluate our solution.

    Hope this helps.

    Thanks!

Akshay, do you need this tool to be installed before the delete occurs? We have the audit history and guids of the opportunities that were deleted and I'd love to see if there is a solution for this. I don't see any of these features in the system today so I assume it's an add on?  Can you tell me more?

Re-create deleted records using Audit History

Many a times we come across situations where we accidentally, delete a particular record and wish to recover that record back in CRM. This is possible only if you have “Auditing” enabled for that respective entity. So from the audit history we can re-create deleted records in CRM.

    Undo Last Changes

With this feature, you can undo the last changes made to Dynamics 365 CRM record and restore it to its previous known state. There are times when you are in a hurry or multitasking that mistakes tend to happen. You may update wrong data in the fields or delete the existing data. In such situations, just one click on ‘Click2Undo’ button will undo the changes that you have mistakenly made and restore the data to its previous state, just like clicking ‘ctrl+z’.

    Undo Changes in Bulk

This feature comes to your help when you have to undo changes across multiple records in Dynamics 365 CRM. Often when you import data in bulk, some of the records get overwritten. Now to individually undo the changes in multiple records is tedious and time consuming. In this situation, all you have to do is select the multiple records and click on ‘Click2Undo’ button and just like that the records will be restored to their previous known state.

    Undo History Changes

With this feature, you can undo the changes done in the past. Sometimes you are required to retrieve or restore the data which was changed couple of weeks ago. In this case, you have to just go to the record and click on ‘History’ button. Here, you will get a list of all the changes made to Dynamics 365 CRM record in the History grid. You have to just select the data that you want to restore, click on the ‘Undo’ button and the data will be restored.

I hope these methods will be useful to recover deleted records in CRM.

does your client remember when the record has been deleted? if your instance is online you can try to see if there is an automatic backup done at a point before the deletion time

    hope it helps
