Work order cancelled; no receipt print?

When a cashier starts a work order, enters items, and then presses the ESC key, the work order is cancelled and nothing is printed on the printer nor the journal.

Cashiers are doing this to run fake transactions on the system without a cancelled transaction bill coming out.

Is there a way to secure this so that the system doesnt behave this way?

Any help would be appreciated.
