HTML Web Resource - HTML Not Rendered

I have created a simple HTML Web Resource.

In a CRM form of my custom entity, I added the said resource.

However, when I launch the form, the HTML Web Resource page is not rendered.  The html tags are displayed instead.

Your advice please.

    It seems you have pasted your code under RichText editor, instead of source, make sure you pasting code under source Tab in webresource editor.
