How do I create a segment based on Form submissions?

We have had people registering for an event we're running by submitting a CRM Marketing Form.  We want to send a reminder email but want to ensure that people who have already booked don't receive another invite.  I was going to create a Segment that lists all people who've submitted this form, but I can't see Marketing forms in the Segment Builder.

Am I blind, or is there no way to get a list of people who have submitted a form?

I have the same question (0)

    H iIronPatriot,

To create the segment,  use the behavioural template.

(if you don't have wave 2 installed and don't see it,  give me a shout and I'll show you how to do it in the old UI), then type in 'form' and you'll see all form actions.

Even though it would work, I'm not convinced that's the best approach. Can you share a bit more info on the use case? Are you using account or contact based marketing?  If you are organising events, are you using the events management in D365? What's the logic behind what people to prompt?

    Thanks,

    -DD

    Hello,

in order to find contacts who have submitted a form use the following steps:

    New UI

(in early access and in October release)

    1. Click on "Behavioral"  pastedimage1570039421823v1.png

    2. Select Form Submitted pastedimage1570039529049v2.png

    3. Pick the form pastedimage1570039575623v3.png

    4. Go Live

    Old UI

    1. Select contact

    2. in the contact attributes type "Submitted" and select "Form Submitted" interaction

3 Now the UI changes to interaction segment builder. Now specify the form by ID or select the form (if you have Marketing Form configured in the Marketing data configuration )

For your final scenario you will probably exclude all contacts who have successfully booked.

    Seems straight forward!

Thanks.  That seems exactly what we need.  Just need to clarify that I set 'Having count' to > 0 and leave 'Sliding Window:' blank?  Don't know what 'Select unit' days/weeks/months means; I assume that we would only use that for people who have booked in the last month or something?

Yes, "'Having count' to > 0" means anyone who has at least submitted once. And the sliding window allows you to select a time frame. For example if you want to select everyone who has at least submitted the form once in the last month, you would select 1 in the sliding window and select the unit "months".

Great. Thanks again, so much, for your help.  Greatly appreciated

Is it also possible to set segments based on Form Field interactions instead?

Example: If form submitted answer was YES and Contact Email contains data
