Is it possible we transfer partial quantity of an item from requisition worksheet to purchase order in D365 business central.

    Quantity is the correct field to change.  You need to be aware the system made the suggestion based on the settings and data in your system.  By changing the suggestion you are likely to see Change Qty. suggestions by the system or Cancel/New suggestions.

    The better approach is to change the criteria the suggestion is being made from so that you get the suggestion you want to simply accept.

    I believe you have Original QTY and then Quantity. You need to change Quantity. But first test.
