Is there any way to print the selected line in rdlc report in business central

Hi everyone,

I need to print the selected line in rdlc report Eg: there are 5 lines in purchase order subform, i select the last three line using select more option if i click print action button the selected line only need to show.

The report need to print lines which i was selected in purchsae line. is it possible in business central.

    Hi yoheswaran ,

    There is no feature in BC to print only selected lines with the RDLC report, Instead of you can write your own condition on Visibility property when designing the report so that only selected lines print.

    Thanks for the reply,

    if we can use setselectionfilter to select multiple records, then we can print the lines in report is it possible. in row visibility we can use to condition to view the particular records.

    Unfortunately Print button does not work only selected lines, you have to put your condition on Visibility property only.

    So that it prints only selected lines.

    Hi, It may be possible to use Page.SetSelectionFilter(var Record) Method and Report.Run() Method. But this requires redesigning your report, because the Record:Table of the default report is generally Header.
