Insights for Dynamics 365 - error when enabling for Organization

Hi, has anyone gotten the "Sorry, but we're having trouble signing you in.  We received a bad request" error when attempting to enable Insights for the Organization (in Settings-Insights-Org Settings)?

My username and password are not the issue.  I have come across this before but do not recall what the solution was.

Any help would be appreciated.  Thanks.

    Yes, you have to be a global administrator to set it up once for everyone.  You can find the installation guide here.

    Hello:

    I believe if you are not an Office 365 global administrator, you may be getting this error.
