In a report, how to filter the data in ascending/descending order based on a particular field.

    Hi

On the report layout, under Group Properties, you can set the sorting order.

SQL report builder has sorting function.

If not you can use SETCURRENTKEY to sort in AL.

    Hey Aloker,

I'm sure you might have solved it long ago but since I saw it then you may want to revisit  docs.microsoft.com/.../sort-data-in-a-data-region-report-builder-and-ssrs
