Hi everyone,
I am struggling with form submissions. When using the double opt in in a single form, no form submissions are visible in my form submission tab as long as a customer confirms the double opt in confirmation email. When not implementing the double opt in in the form, i can directly see the form submissions in the form submissions tab.
I really need to see the form submissions regardless of the double opt in confirmation, as it also works when using event registration forms. There, I can always see the submissions even though the DOI confirmation email is not confirmed.
Does someone knows this problem and can help me out? :-)

Hi Kathrina,
did you activated "store form submissions" in the summary tab of the form?
As far as I know default setting is "no", maybe this helps.

Hi Nya, thanks for your answer. I know this, but in my case there are no form submissions visible as long as customers did not confirm the double opt-in mail. And I think that should not be the case. Some time ago, I was able to see the form submissions there no matter if the double opt in was confirmed by clicking on the email link or not. :-)

Hi Rowley, thanks for your help. I am not using the global double opt in and I need the double opt-in on the form, because I have the opportunity to subscribe to our newsletter in the form. I am sure that last year I was able to see form submissions in this case even though customers did not confirm the email yet.

The submissions can be found in the Insights tab of the form.
It can be exported for other use as a excel file or it can also be split into different parts by flow.
