Dear Mr/Ms

n the beginning, we had already created a specific Electronic Reporting format to download and export Transfer Order transactions to Word. However, the feature is currently encountering an error, with the following infolog message displayed:

Hi,

The error message is very generic and does not give any clues. I see two lines in the info log, is it related to the error message? If so, what does it say?
