Can you tell me where to restrict this menu option? I’ve tried and just can’t find it.

My initial reaction is to look at using user security tasks to determine who can receive against a PO? Worth a try :)

Other than using VB I'm not sure if you could restrict the menu item.

I am not sure if this can be done by VB but dexterity can do it definitely.

Since you cannot set security to prevent someone from selecting that item, you could attach code to the next window that opens and if it's displaying the Shipment/Invoice selection - don't allow any further entry.
