Business Analyzer issue (Dynamics GP 2013)

Hi,

We're facing an issue with Business Analyzer, it cannot render any report. Event viewer is giving below:

    Hi Rob,

    We did that already, the issue is occurring even with one report selected; BA still cannot render it and gives same error in event viewer.

    Hi, this can occur if too many reports are selected.  Is it possible this is the case?  To resolve, try the following (This will remove your selected reports).

    1. Go to C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\Microsoft\BusinessAnalyzer.exe\12.0.0.0 and delete the user.config file.

    2. Go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Dynamics\Business Analyzer\12.0 and delete the BusinessAnalzyer.exe.config file.

    3. Go to the Control Panel | Programs & Features and click Change, then Configuration on the Business Analyzer install.

    4. Start Business Analyzer and you should be prompted with the configuration screen to select a Role.

    5. Select a role and then choose ‘Yes’ to load the default reports only.  I want to select the default reports for the role to see if Business Analyzer will successfully load.
