Auto create Purchase Order from approved Purchase Requisition - Batch job doesn't work

Dear all,

I did setup the Purchase Policies as below:

Then Create batch job as below:

2625.01.PNG

5430.02.PNG

But after batch job is "Ended" without any error, there are not any PO has been created.

The approved Purchase requisitions list are still existing in "Release approved Purchase requisitions" screen

Please let me know which setup that I was missing?

    HI nglehang,

    Few things to check, Please make sure below things are considered first.

    1. Is there Vendor account on the PR Lines.

    2. PR status should be Approved..

    3. Make sure the company is considered in the policy you have created.

    Please let us know, If still cannot create.

    Thank you for your reply, I would like to answer your question as below:

    1. Is there Vendor account on the PR Lines. -> YES

    2. PR status should be Approved.. -> YES, PRs list are in the "Release approved Purchase requistions" already
