Is there any option that we can change the external document no of a posted general ledger entries in Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2018.
Please let me know if there is any option.

Though, this customization is not suggested. Still, if you have an important business need, make sure the validation of "duplicate Ext. Doc. No. not allowed" should be taken care of.

Not out of the box. You can certainly ask your Partner to make the change for you. Not sure if this is a permanent request or one-time. If permanent, then your Partner could make the field Editable and you can grant specific Users permission to allow for editing.
