We are attempting to process an unlinked refund in call-center. We have enabled omni-channel payments feature and when trying to create an unliked refund to a credit card, we are getting a response back of the below.
- Refund failed: Adyen gateway SendRequest() failed with status code 'Forbidden', error code: '010'. See previous warnings/errors for details.(22144); Expected Adyen response processing was skipped because the call to Adyen did not result in success status.
We have followed the documentation on processing unlinked refunds and are still experiencing the issue with Adyen. Is this process supported with Adyen and if so, is there something Adyen has to enable on the MID to support these transaction types?
