Hi,
For some reason I can not create a Sandbox environment when copied from the Production environment
The state stays as "Preparing", and then eventually disappears from the environment list, with no errors.Any idea?
There was an issue with Microsoft patch yesterday. You should be able to create sandbox now.
+ in case if you can't create sandbox now, open a support ticket with Microsoft.
This issue is usually caused by an extension in your environment failing the dependency chain check against another extension... Microsoft validates dependency chains when creating environments.
If you log a ticket, Microsoft will let you know which extension is causing this.
