Dynamic 365 marketing customer journey customization

Hi,

There is requirement to capture additional input for the tile "Create lead". OOTB feature has description textbox. Along with this need 1 additional input field, 1 look up field to user or team. How to customize Create lead tile to incorporate these input fields.

Please help on the same.

    The below point you mentioned in the reply. Additional point to it.

    "You can create the leads with on-demand workflow and update the fields with the workflow." -> Input/value to those field should come from customer journey which will be entered by user while creating customer journey. For example need to set Topic and owner of the lead. These input should be captured while creating customer journey. When journey is live, the custom plugin/workflow will read these values and update in the lead record.

    Is there way to add look up and input field to the customer journey designer to allow user to enter these values during customer journey creation.

    Hi,

    The tile cannot be customized.

    You can create the leads with on-demand workflow and update the fields with the workflow.

    Activate and insert the workflow into the Customer Journey instead of the Create Lead tile.
