Dynamic content in marketing emails with entities on more than two levels related

I want to write a marketing email with dynamic content, but I think the related entities are limited to one or two levels.

What I need is the following. We have contacts that are related to accounts and those accounts have what we call "commercial agreements", what you can see as a kind of contract that an account has. What I want to do, is write an email with e.g. the contact name, the account name and the contract number in it.

I can get to contact name and account name as I can relate the contact to the account. But I need to go one level deeper as I need to relate the Account to the commercial agreement and use fields of that entity within the email. In fact I need a bit the same principle as when defining segments. There you can ad entities related to other entities, related to other entities, ...

How can you manage that within the marketing emails, using the content assist?

Thank you Nico for the question!

In D365 Marketing (in Real-Time-Marketing) we already support up to 6 levels (!) of related entities.

So I'd encourage you try out our new Real-Time-Marketing capabilities: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/marketing/real-time-marketing-user-guide

    Best Regards,
    Aga

    Hi,

The relationship in dynamic content can only be one level.

Here is an idea for this issue:

Microsoft Idea Â· Content Assist deeper than 2 levels/hops (dynamics.com)

You can also submit your proposal on Idea forum to prompt it to be improved faster.
