Hello everyone ;

When we try to close the fiscal year 2023 we get this error message Total of the transactions in the year is not 0,00. Total is X. This is a serious error. Run /Check/ on ledger transactions

The trial balance is well balanced.
The functionality /Awareness between ledger settlement and year-end close/ is activated.
However, no inter-year settlement is made. Even by canceling all the ledger settlements, we will not be able to close the year 2023 (The source of the problem cannot be inter-year settlement).
Here is the setup that has been implemented:

Could anyone helps us to fix this issue. It's a very important process to be done ASAP.

Hi,

You can find a database consistency check using the next menu path: System administration > Periodic tasks > Database > Consistency check.

Hi, can you disable the Awareness between ledger settlement and year end close feature in the Feature management and re-run the year end close again.

Did anyone solve this? Awarness feature cannot be turned off.
