Electronic Bank Reconciliation not showing in Great Plains

I have a user that used to see an option under Financial-->Routines-->Electronic Reconcile-->Transaction Download. Since reinstalling her GP application this option is no longer available to her. How do we get this back?

Hello Jennifer. This is most likely because Electronic Bank Rec wasn't re-installed as part of the GP application. It is a separate module not included in a "basic" installation.

Go to Start, Control Panel and the Add/Remove programs window.

In the list of programs, select Microsoft Dynamics GP 2010 and click Change. Then click Add/Remove features.

Click "Electronic Bank Reconciliation" and select Run from My Computer. Do this for any other GP modules that you use and are licensed for that aren't enabled and click Next to install them. Re-open GP and you should see this option.
