Hello - I have 2 Measures that I'm using the Excel Upload for and it's not adjusting my point totals, I can see the adjustment under Player Stats / Actuals but not under Player / Points. Is there something I should be looking at to ensure they are calculated in the Points totals ?

Tina helped me figure it out, my metric was set-up incorrectly, it's not working. Thanks for the response.

Hi Jesse - I tried your suggestions and the points are still not reflecting correctly, no one in our Organization is seeing the points reflected. I have also refreshed from CRM and Reset Jobs and neither worked.

Hello Linda,

If your data uploaded so you are seeing it under Actuals but not Points the mostly likely problem is with your browser. Try Ctrl+F5 refresh, log out and back in, close the browser entirely and reopen, or try in a different browser. Please let me know if none of those resolve this for you.
