I thought this was isolated to one user but I just came across another user with the same exact issue. They are unable to use the tracking/regarding feature in outlook. They receive a generic error of "Cannot track this item." This is for all appointments/emails they try to track. I have reconfigured the client, deleted it as well as the temp files then reinstalled it, changed email configuration settings back and forth, checked filters, checked folder permissions (all are correct), users have administrative access in CRM, moved a user onto a new device, and used a new exchange profile. No luck. I have also worked with a Microsoft rep for three months now and they have nothing. Can anyone help? This is a copy of the error log when trying to track anything.
