    Hi Sarath,

    The licensing guide might help.

Here is the cost per user.

I think is this what you want.

    Hi Sarath Varma,

There are many things to take into account when it comes to licensing costs to get a precise calculation.

The licensing guides and sites are a first guideline that help you.

In addition to those documents, I would recommend that you get into contact with a MS sales specialist near your location to discuss and go through details of how many and what kind of licenses you need.

    Best regards,

    Ludwig

Every user needs to have a license. Once you have the minimum number of licenses, then you can start your project and deploy two sandbox systems and eventually one prod system with no additional cost (these systems are included in the licenses).

But then you need developer systems (and Visual Studio licenses) for each developer, you might need Azure SQL database or Azure Data Lake if you want to export data for analytic purposes. Usually you need more test systems (for example one for troubleshooting critical prod issues with fresh prod database copy). If you use RSAT automated testing (you most likely should) you need a system and you might need licenses for managing the tests in ADO.

You might need some integration platform to integrate between D365FO and other systems.. It's a big discussion and it's something that you will plan together with your implementation partner and perhaps Microsoft.

    also pricing is country specific

taking listed price is good to start and then work with MS sales to arrive at right pricing
