Retry launching VM mode

Hi

I am trying to launch a lab session in "Create fiscal calender, years and periods in MS 365 Finance" module. But when I click on Launch Lab button, it says "Hmm, something went wrong" and Retry Launch Lab button appears. Even when I click on Retry button nothing is happening.

Below is the screenshot. Kindly advise me if you have experienced it before.
