Hi,

Can you restrict how far a resource will travel when RSO runs.

I can find the below, but it seems to be specific to Schedule Assistant.

Any ideas?

Hi Pete C,

The current Dynamic 365 does not seem to support such a feature. Geo-fencing or geo-coding can partially restrict the location of resources:

https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/field-service/mobile-powerapp-geofence
The scheduling assistant only automatically estimates the distance and time, and cannot be modified.
