CI: Charts in Customer Profile View

Hi there Customer Insights Community,

how can i add Charts to the Customer Profile View ? I want it to look like in this example. I created a measure and tried to bucket the date into month, but this new Measure is not appearing in the view, although it is calculated correctly and the results seem ok. Can anybody help ?

Hi Fabian,

To my knowledge, charts and visuals are not currently supported in for unified profiles in CI.

Based on recent developments with the application (i.e. the addition of the 'Reports' feature) suggests that deeper Power BI integration with CI might be on the horizon so that users are able to embed visuals in customer profiles.

You can always use Power BI to ingest your CI data and then build dashboards in Power BI itself. Using this example as a template, you could probably get very close. The only visual you'd probably need to do some digging on is Timeline.
