Alter image in Business Portal web part

Hi All,

I have an image in a web part which I wish to change. I have added the new image to the path Microsoft Dynamics/Business Portal/portal/images as a gif file. The current image is in the same loaction and displays. When I change to the new image (16kb )and apply the new image it does not display, but the alternative text is displayed. This image is on the Home page. I did follow the instructions for changing the Business Portal logo but that is not the same.

Can someone please advise me how to have the new image display?

Hi All,

If anyone has a similiar issue I found the correct path to place the image was C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\web server extensions\12\TEMPLATE\IMAGES.

Once I place the image in the above directory I could reference it in the edited web part in Business Portal.
