Dynamics accessed thru web portal redirect to wrong page?

Hello, 

I've been redirected here from the askmicrosoft forums.

Pasting my question: 

Hello,

recently several of our users have been reporting that their links to Dynamics CRM are not working properly. They access their accounts via portal.office.com where they navigate to apps and pick Dynamics 365. They are then taken to Microsoft Dynamics Lifecycle Services instead of the CRM homepage. How do we fix this redirect and what caused the issue in the first place?

Any idea on how to proceed with this? Thanks for any input

    Hi peter,

    You mean that you can’t be redirected correct app page through office home page by clicking app button, right?

    Have you go https://www.office.com/apps ?

    Or maybe you can go to app through power apps.(https://make.powerapps.com/ )

    Select Correct environment in the upper right corner, then navigate to Apps tab.

    Move to one app you need and expand ... button to click Play button, then you can direct to the app page.

    If you want to go directly to the app next time, you can bookmark current page.
