Hello,
recently several of our users have been reporting that their links to Dynamics CRM are not working properly. They access their accounts via portal.office.com where they navigate to apps and pick Dynamics 365. They are then taken to Microsoft Dynamics Lifecycle Services instead of the CRM homepage. How do we fix this redirect and what caused the issue in the first place?
Any idea on how to proceed with this? Thanks for any input
