Delete a purchase line, but the record still showing in invent transactions

There is a problem need to help! When I delete a PO line, sometime the record still showing in the invent transactions.

First this purchase line was deleted, and then the PO was cancelled.

What is the best way for I can deleted the line in invent transaction?

    was this PO in open order. if PO was in open order and inventtrans "recept status" is ordered and voucher and physical voucher field is empty, you can delete the PO line form inventtrans as per PO order number. Make sure, you can check reference table InventTransOrigin and InventtransoriginPurchline if any records are exist or not. if anything exist please delete same. Assuming there is no physical and financial transaction exist against this PO. Assumption, Inventtrans data was not get deleted because PO was canceled, so it was remain save as voided PO for history.

    I'll do what you tell me.

    I'll take questions as to why the system did not eliminate the transaction inventtrans table, as first line of the PO was removed, and I think this operation would have removed the registry.

    Although it is old, I clarify it anyway.

    Finally, in my system was activated the "change management" in the procurement and sourcing parameters module.  By this motive, the solution is approve that order.  With this, the line disappear of invent transactions.
