How do I re-adjust the Unit Cost since it has been greyed out in Navision 2018?

Hi Community,

I would like to find out in Navision when we create an Item, we would create the item costing in the Unit Cost(Please correct me if this is not correct).

Then subsequently, a the costing begins to fluctuates depending on the costing method, and we want to change.

May I ask how do we do it? Since, I notice that the unit Cost has been greyed out.

If you are not using standard cost you have to do this using item revaluation.

Hi, because the Costing Method is Average, you can not modify the Unit Cost directly.

If you want to recalculate the cost, use the method below.

PS: On the Inventory Setup page, you can set Automatic Cost Ajdustment to Day, week, and so on.

2. If you want to adjust the cost, use the method provided by Igne.
