When i try to post transactions from POS, i got the following error "Inventory dimensión batch number must be specified". Are Products dimensión supported for retail POS by default or i need to do customization?

We are using Serial and Batch Number for product dimensión, in the POS when i do a sale i need to type Serial number for the product, but batch number dont.

POS only request serial number and don’t use batch number. If you have batch enabled you have to customize to automatically fill in the batch identification before posting.

Batch number is still not supported for Retail statement posting. That means you cannot perform sales at POS for the item that has BAtch number activated. If you want to use, then you will have to setup Blank issue allowed in the product dimension group.

For serial number, POS will prompt you to enter the serial number at the time of item selection at POS.
