Printing Labels and Tags for Future Prices

All,

I've searched for leads on this but come up dry thus far. Let me know if there's a thread or feature that I've overlooked.
We need our stores to be able to print shelf tags before the sales and prices change at month end.
Currently we use a HQ worksheet to update the pricing in all of the stores over-night on the last day of the month. We'd really like for our retail staff to be able to print their own labels on-site before the prices change in their database. Currently we dump all of the items into an Access DB and print from an Avery wizard then ship the labels to all 30+ stores. Anyone come up with a great solution for doing this?

Thanks,

Brandon
