Hi,
I need some clarifications about how to install CRM dynamics 356 on-premises.
Can i installed directly, or i need to install CRM 2016 then, upgrade to dynamics 356.

Dynamics 365 is the new name for CRM (2016). It's better to refer to version no 8 / 8.1 / 9.0 etc if you want to address a specific version.
If you have a fresh install, you can directly install the latest available version, which for now is 8.2. Most of us are awaiting the 9.0 release.
