Issue in the email sending using a Campaign

Hi all,

I faced a problem sending email via Campaign.

Last week I created a new Campaign using a test marketing list, which contains three contacts. One of them is a contact with my personal gmail address.

Than I created a new mail  (Campaign Activity) for that campaign and I have sent it.

Two contacts received the mail, but my contact has never received it.

Could you help me with this mistery? I add that I tried to send a common email (Activity) to that contact using the CRM and I received it without problem.

    Hi Fabio

    Usually this problem is related to e-mail infrastructure, not with CRM.

    Some servers like hotmail and gmail need requirements to current send the message and not put it in "trash" too.

    I recomend you to see email server logs to understand exactly the point.

    Hi José,

    Few days ago our sales manager activated a new campaign directed to more than hundred persons, but no mails has reached the addressee.

    Where can I find logs you mentioned or settings about this issue?

    The email logs is registered in the email server (every server are diferent, I dont know exactly the procedure do extract the log). But every server have this logs.

    This campaign that you already used can respond some issues.

    If others messages are delivered to gmail accounts, the problem isn't with the domain.

    If these account receive the message there are no problem with gmail comunication, the problem is with these especific address.

    Hi,

    unfortunatelly no mails regarding that campaign have been logged in exchange. No tracks about them.

    I tried to follow instructions in the link meenoo provided too... but I hadn't success.

    I go on in the investigation, but this shouldn't be a normal behaviour.
