One of my users accidentally started a GL Integrity Check. How, you ask? It is completely beyond me...
Anyway, can I cancel that without repurcussions? I'm trying to get an answer as quickly as possible because otherwise, it looks like he'll just be sitting around doing nothing until I figure it out. I'm going to contact my support vendor too, but Google didn't really turn up much and I thought if I could get an answer here in the meantime, I could save the cost of a support call. :)

For anyone who sees this, yes, you can indeed cancel the GL Integrity Check without consequences. :)
