5Nothing consistent to figure what is causing the issue, but we have a set of account records that will not save address information.
We enter in the address to the composite address field and can see the values we save.
Then we click save and the data disappears. Checking SQL for that record shows all NULL for address info. - composite and address 1
We created a new record and saved it. Then went to add in address info info the composite address info, same info as the 1st record and the data will save and show on the form.
We changed the owner on the 1st account and retried the address info and that did not save either.
Doing a column by column SQL compare does not show differences to the record (minus the address info that saved).
No errors are showing in Event viewer or on the screen or even F12.
We do have Melissa Data to verify the address, but that doesn't even get called in the process.
Tried to update another field at the same time and save, that field updated and the address was still blank.
