With CRM online, the only version you can install/provision is the current release, correct?  In other words, if management for whatever reason asked to use either 2013 or 2015 online, they'd need to have it privately hosted and cannot use Office/Dynamics 365, correct?

    Hello,

    This is correct. The only version you can get now is Dynamics 365. 2016 or earlier versions are not available online.
