Hi everyone,
Is there anyone else who faced this issue about cases before in Dynamics 365 ?
I've been trying to create a Case category for Human Resources via
Organization Administration > Setup > Cases > Case Categories
But System creating the case category randomly that I've never been chose on the screen. You can find the images below; as first step I selected the case category as " Human Resources"

After saving the changes, system created the Case category as Product Change.

Anyone has any recommendation for that issue?
