Follow email from Outlook using Viva Sales

Hi there - I'm using Viva Sales for tracking emails in Outlook to Dynamics. I don't see an option to Follow the emails from Viva Sales meaning i then need to open the Dynamics pane to Follow emails separately. Is this a known limitation or is there a fix I'm missing?
