Weird Workflow Issue

I created a workflow yesterday that subtracts the Quantity on Hand of a product after the order has been fulfilled. It worked a few times but has now stopped. Any idea why this might occur?

 

Process is as follows

Activate as Process, Entity Order Product, Category Workflow, Scope Organization, Start when record is created.

 

If Order (Order):Status equals[Fulfilled] AND [Order(Order):Order Type equals [Installation Maintenance]], then:

Update Existing Product, Quantity on Hand Decrement by {Quantity(Order Product)}

    Hi GARABED YEGAVIAN,

    Set the workflow when the 'record status changes' and set it at 'Order' entity. Replicate the condition and check if it works.

    Cross check if there any other workflows or plugins set at the product's entity.

    ( why did you set it as a 'record create' workflow when status is 'fulfilled... which never is the case', right?)

    If you set it at Order then you cannot access the Order Product Entity. Status Change is not available from the Order Product in the workflow. Maybe a child process???? hmmmm

    Exactly, you wont trigger the Order product at status change, but call the child workflow in the order entity defined at Order product. You are getting there......

    Still cant access the order product child workflow from the order workflow. Well back to the drawing board....

    Are you still facing the issue? You said it worked for a while and stopped, means it is activated and not working as it is suppose to be? or it failed on any step? the other workflows are working fine ?

    Thank you, I had to move to another project so I have not had a chance to get back to this. I will be checking this week and update.
