Hi everyone!!

I am working in CRM '15 and I have found a problem with a multiplication.

When I create a opportunity and I add the product of opportunity, If I change the quantity, it makes wrong the multiplication, ( quantity x price unit = extend amount). I attach a pics about that.

I create a small scenario to show to customer, but I can't show the program that manage your salesman but it doesn't know multiply

Price unit (1,00€) x Quantity (3,00) =Extend amount (30.000,00€)

After clicking recalculate opportunity bottom, the multiplication makes right.

Price unit (1,00€) x Quantity (3,00) =Extend amount (3,00€)

So, What can I do improve it?

RE: CRM fails multiplication

Hi Jose,

This is a known issue.

It was already fixed and the solution will be released through CRM Online version 7.1.1, which is already been applied on CRM Online organizations.

So check which version you have and if it is a different version, please wait a few more days for the update.
