When accessing CRM - Attempting to open Microsoft Dynamics 365. If the application does not load...

We have a CRM Online (V9) customer when accessing the CRM URL the browser is redirected to a mostly blank page with the text "Attempting to open Microsoft Dynamics 365. If the application does not load within a few seconds, click HERE."

After a couple of seconds a new browser window opens and loads CRM.  

This happens using all the major browsers.

This is the only customer out of 30 we work with that this happens to.  

Before I open a case with Microsoft has anyone experienced this before?

    You must disable "Application Mode" which is in the Customizations tab in System Settings.  However, in version 9.1, this field is grayed out.  So I disabled it in the new PowerPlatform's CRM Admin Center.

    Hi,

    I tested in my environment ( V9.1), i could not reproduce the thing you mentioned. I would suggest you to open a ticket with Microsoft. But before that, you can try to clear the cache.

    this is happening with all users? did you try administrative mode also ?
