We have a CRM Online (V9) customer when accessing the CRM URL the browser is redirected to a mostly blank page with the text "Attempting to open Microsoft Dynamics 365. If the application does not load within a few seconds, click HERE."
After a couple of seconds a new browser window opens and loads CRM.
This happens using all the major browsers.
This is the only customer out of 30 we work with that this happens to.
Before I open a case with Microsoft has anyone experienced this before?
