When i click create order/ close quote prompt out this error. after i deeply check , i have an send email workflow in quote stage , when quote status reason changed , it will be send email to HOD based on those condition. everything work fine for this workflow , the problem is when i create order or close quote it will prompt out that error on above ,after i search in worflow process session have this failed process , how can i solve it .

Hi, We analyzed the information you provided and cannot tell if the workflow is out-of-the-box (out-of-the-box features are less likely to have issues) or if it is customized by you. If it is an out-of-the-box feature, please check if there is a third-party plugin that is affecting the use of the feature, or there may be an issue with the product itself. If it's customized by you, you can try to Deactive the workflow to see if the error reoccurs and determine the cause of the issue. Additionally, we noticed that you are using the workflow with the changer of the record as the executor of the workflow. If the changer of the record only has permissions to Entity A, but the workflow involves Entity B, there may be a problem when executing the workflow. I hope my answer is helpful to you!
